Imagine the adrenaline rush that you would get from doing something like that. I mean I went off this cliff last weekend that was at least 15 feet and the adrenaline rush from that almost made me burst. Doing a trick like that on a what I think is and alaskan slope witch from the pic looks really steep. Plus he will be really fast when he lands. I would be so scared before I start skiing and as I approach the spot but when I am in the air the adrenaline would kick in and I would lose my fear. This is a pro skier though and this was probaly nothing to him at least. Although I don't see much pic's like this one out there so who knows. I think that the skier in the pic is Sage Cattabriga-Alosa or that is what I typed in flickr.

Tree Well Safty

Tree Well Safety

A tree well is a hole that forms around the base of a tree (normally a evergreen tree). A tree well is very dangerous because the snow is not packed down and you will sink in to it. If you fall in a tree well head first chances are that you will die if you don’t have a partner to pull you out of the tree well. The easiest and most simple way to avoid tree wells and death from tree wells is to not ski of snowboard in the trees. But since that is not very fun here are some things that could save your life, always ski with a partner. NOT a group a partner. You can ski with a group but have a partner within your group and always be positive that your partner can see you and vice versa. Another one is to have a whistle in case you get stuck or need assistance.( three short blast signal a emergency.) If you fall in to a tree well clear a air bubble for head first. Then hope that your partner will get you out I guess.
Bottom line try not to fall in to a tree well.
